Your dedicated Account Manager is your main point of contact at iwoca, and the person to speak to if you have any questions about your Flexi-Loan. You can get in touch with your Account Manager by phone, email or web chat.

Your Account Manager should be in touch within a few working hours if you send them an email. You can call them on 020 3397 3375 and we'll automatically direct your call to the right person.

Alternatively, you can email support@iwoca.co.uk and someone from our Customer Succes team will be in touch.
