When will you settle the invoice with the Seller?
As soon as you give us the go ahead, we’ll pay the Seller via Faster Payment. So they'll receive payment within a couple of hours.
How do payments work?
We'll automatically collect your minimum monthly repayment using the payment method you register with us.
Can I settle my invoice balance early?
Yes, you can settle up any time with no penalty and no quibbles, you’ll just pay the balance outstanding on that day. After your first thirty days, we charge interest daily - so the sooner you pay the less it will cost you.
Can I make early partial payments?
Yes, you can make partial payments at any time. If your repayment is equal to your next due payment, we'll skip that next payment.
Do I need to know the bank details of the Seller?
No, we already have these on our system.
What if I miss a scheduled payment?
Simply login to your dashboard to make a debit card payment or get details on how to make a bank transfer. If you're not able to make a payment then please get in touch with us on 020 3778 0549 and we'll work to come to a solution.
How much will it cost me?
There are no fees whatsoever. If you pay in full within 30 days, it's completely free. After that, we charge an interest rate based on your business. But don't worry, we'll outline how much using iwocaPay will cost you before you go ahead, so you can make an informed decision.
How do I know a pay link is genuine?
You can double check the link in your invoice from your Supplier and make sure the pay link is for the right amount. If you're still worried, you can contact your Supplier directly and/or contact iwocaPay to verify the pay link.
Can I sign up finance with iwoca?
Yes, if you’d like to sign up for non-iwocaPay financing from iwoca such as a Flexi-Loan then you’ll need to make an application at iwoca.co.uk.
