Your Supplier will send you a pay link along with your invoice. Just click it to go through to the iwocaPay checkout and choose to Pay Later.

You can decide to checkout online or if you prefer give us a call on 020 3984 8342 to pay over the phone.

How much will it cost me?

This depends on the type of set up your supplier has, it’ll either be:

100% free for you, forever

No matter how long you take to pay - no late fees or additional costs whatsoever.

Or pay as you go

Spread the cost over 90 days at an interest rate based on your business. You only ever pay for the days you use - there are no other fees and you can settle up early and save on interest anytime you like.

How do monthly payments with Pay Later work?

We'll automatically collect your minimum monthly payment using the card you register with us. 

If you like you can pay more than the minimum any time, it's totally flexible. If your extra payment is the same amount or more than your next monthly payment, we'll skip it. To make extra payments just head to your iwocaPay account or give us a call - you can pay using a debit card or bank transfer.

Can I settle my invoice balance early?

Yes, you can settle up early any time at no extra cost. There are no early payment fees, you’ll just pay the balance outstanding on that day.

What if I miss a payment?

Just login to your iwocaPay account to make a debit card payment or get details on how to make a bank transfer. If you can't make a payment get in touch with us on 020 3778 0549 and we'll work together to find a solution.

When does my Supplier get paid?

As soon as you give us the go ahead, we’ll pay your Supplier via Faster Payment within a couple of hours. We already have their bank details so you don't need to do a thing.

What if I have a dispute with my Supplier?

If you have a dispute with your Supplier or need to cancel your order you'll need to speak with them directly - we don't offer dispute resolution or charge backs.

Just double check the link with your matching invoice from your Supplier. If you're still worried, you can contact your Supplier directly and/or contact iwocaPay to verify the pay link. 

Can I become an iwocaPay Supplier?
