We've tried to make account linking as seamless as possible, but some of these issues crop up from time to time. Here’s what to do. 

Locked out for 15 minutes:

You may get temporarily locked out of your account for two reasons:

  1. You tried to access the online linking from two different devices within five minutes

  2. You closed the window by pressing X and then opened it again immediately

Yodlee is highly focused on security and they do this to keep your account safe. Try again after 15 minutes.
